New strategic partner for SICO Group

Since its foundation in 1981, SICO has developed into a globally recognised specialist in the processing of silicon, quartz and ceramics for the semiconductor industry. In order to continue this success story in the future, SICO has gained a new strategic partner in the Wietersdorfer Group. The Wietersdorfer Group is an internationally active Carinthian family business and will therefore be an important partner in the future when it comes to the internationalisation of the company. It has acquired 60 percent of the shares in SICO Technology GmbH. The remaining 40 percent remain in the possession of the company's founder Walter Nadrag. With this strong partner, SICO is creating a solid basis for further advancing the development of innovative solutions for the semiconductor industry while ensuring the high quality standard of products and services that SICO customers are accustomed to.
